Paper Submission Guideline
  • For the initial submission, you should submit your manuscript in a single column, in Times New Roman, Font size: 11,
  • The number of pages per paper should be between 6–8 pages, papers having six pages are preferred.
  • Once the committee selects your manuscript for a specified journal, instructions will be forwarded to the presenting author’s email to resubmit the final paper for publication.
  • The paper’s authors will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own. The organizing committee of ICCAEET reserves the right to use the papers for conference purposes.
Checklist for an Appropriate Paper
1. Choose Your Title Wisely

Your title is the first impression readers will get. It should be interesting and accurately describe the content of your abstract.

2. Complete the Header

Include a list of authors, institutions (properly indexed if needed), and contact details for the corresponding author(s). These basic details are often overlooked but are essential.

3. Ensure Figures Support Your Text

Abstracts published electronically can include colorful charts and figures. Ensure these visual elements enhance, rather than distract from, your text.

4. Provide Background Information

Start with introductory background information that leads into a clear statement of your aim.

5. Describe Your Methodology Briefly

Provide a concise description of your methodology.

6. Highlight Key Conclusions

Introduce the most important conclusions of your research.

7. State Conclusions Concisely

Avoid overstatements and be concise in your conclusion.

8. Avoid Including
  • Lengthy background information
  • Detailed routine laboratory procedures
  • Detailed statistical methods or software used (unless central to your study)
  • Unexplained abbreviations or acronyms
  • Results or interpretations not mentioned in the abstract
9. Follow Formal Requirements

Use the provided template and adhere to formal requirements.

10. Review Thoroughly

Read through your abstract at least five times. Check for mistakes and review it from an outsider’s perspective. Be critical and thorough.
